Dr. Lori Hart is a distinguished School Counseling leader and educator with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in K–12 whole-child programming across multiple states. Currently serving as the K–8 School Counseling Coordinator in the Postsecondary Readiness Department for a Central Indiana district, Dr. Hart oversees the implementation of high-quality Career and College Readiness (CCR) curricula services across all elementary and middle school comprehensive counseling programs.
A specialist in educational alignment, Dr. Hart earned her Doctorate in Education in Curriculum & Instruction, with research focused on evaluating Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) through a School Counseling lens. She advocates for educational equity, utilizing an impartial, data-driven perspective to identify and address systemic gaps. Beyond her district role, Dr. Hart serves as a School Counselor Educator at Marian and Indiana University and acts as a vital liaison between the K–8 space and collegiate, business, and military partners. Her career is defined by a commitment to systemic coherence, ensuring that academic, behavioral, and postsecondary domains align to improve outcomes for all students and their families.
