Bio

Carroll has over 15 years of experience in college admissions, having worked at Butler University and Whitman College before transitioning to K-12 education. She previously served as Director of College and Career Readiness for Westfield Washington Schools, working with both Westfield Middle and Westfield High School.

As Senior Education Manager for The College Board, Carroll collaborated at both national and state levels to support school counselors through initiatives involving the PSAT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP). Her work focused on expanding student access, providing professional development, and enhancing support for school counseling programs.

Carroll played a pivotal role in developing and formalizing college counseling within the School Counseling Office at North Central High School, MSD Washington Township, creating one of the first comprehensive college counseling programs in an Indiana public high school. She now serves as the Director of College Counseling at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis, IN.

A Indiana licensed school counselor, Carroll holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Licensed Mental Health Certification from Butler University.

Beyond her professional life, Carroll is a proud mom to a high school senior and wife to a super-cool husband.
