Biography
Dr. Sara Bangert is a clinical assistant professor in the Urban Teacher Education department at Indiana University-Indianapolis and serves as program coordinator for the Early Childhood Education program. She teaches methods courses focused on early literacy and language development and early childhood education courses focused on building teachers' capacity to enact humanizing pedagogical practices. She also supervises student teachers in local early learning centers and elementary schools.
